They all ate and were satisfied.  Mark 6:42

Join us every Tuesday and Thursday for the free Hot Meal Program. Lunch is served at 12Noon. All are welcome and invited!

God always gives abundantly - more than we need for ourselves - that we may have something to share with others, especially those who lack what they need.

Fill me with gratitude for Your blessings and give me a generous heart that I may freely share with others what You have given to me! Psalm 81:16

Jesus said, "Truly I tell you, just as you did it for one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it for me."                                                                      Matthew 25:40

The Hope Chest Food Pantry is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. There is no need to register in advance to visit the Hope Chest.

Mt Zion Vetwork sidebyside.JPG

The Mount Zion is a partnership with Vetwork that provides transitional housing for veterans at LUMC's Connolly Center. The rooms are akin to a college dorm room. Veterans have a bed and furniture, a mini fridge and microwave, along with a coffee pot and some welcome treats. The rooms also have closets and private bathrooms. Veterans, of course, have access to all resources offered by Vetwork as well as resources from LUMC, which include laundry, free lunches, Alcoholics Anonymous/ Narcotics Anonymous meetings, and religious services. This project is a true testament to what can be accomplished and what can happen when organizations in the community join together toward a common goal.

I will gather them on Mt. Zion. Micah 4:6-7
